Role Overview
The Technical Lead will be responsible for hands-on technical leadership during the initial Salesforce implementation, working closely with Salesforce developers and stakeholders to ensure a solid, extensible foundation is built in Phase 1.
This role is critical to ensuring quality, performance, and extensibility of the Salesforce implementation.
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
· Experience leading Salesforce implementations in complex enterprise environments
· Strong understanding of case management workflows
· Experience working alongside Salesforce or large SI implementation teams
· Ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-moving delivery environment
· Strong debugging, configuration, and technical design skills
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary technical lead partnering with Salesforce’s build team
· Review and guide Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
· Ensure best practices across Salesforce Service Cloud development
· Support implementation of Email-to-Case and foundational case workflows
· Identify technical risks early and recommend mitigation strategies
· Ensure the platform is built with future transformation (Phase 2) in mind
· Provide technical guidance on integrations, workflows, and automation
