Job Description 
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with Workday Financials expertise to lead and support a major enterprise system implementation. This role requires strong leadership in ERP transformation, finance processes, and Workday Financial Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Workday Financial Management and Procurement projects of moderate to high complexity
• Oversee full project lifecycle including implementation, enhancements, integrations, and optimization
• Manage Workday Financials modules, including:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Asset Management
  • Procurement (Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Supplier Management)
  • Banking & Settlements
  • Financial Reporting
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement stakeholders to align system design with business processes and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with Workday functional leads, integration teams (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors), and third-party vendors
• Track activities related to configuration, data conversion, integrations, security roles, and testing cycles
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-production stabilization
• Conduct status meetings, manage scope changes, and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• PMP Certification (PMI or equivalent)
• 5+ years of project management experience (moderate to high complexity projects)
• 3+ years of experience leading server-based application development/enhancement projects
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint, and MS Office 365
• Strong understanding of:
  • Accounting and procurement principles
  • Financial reporting structures
  • ERP systems and integrations
