We are seeking a talented GenAI Engineer with 2+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or data engineering, along with hands-on exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, RAG, and AI application development.

The ideal candidate should be capable of building, integrating, testing, and deploying LLM-powered applications, AI assistants, chatbots, enterprise search, and intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI-powered applications.
• Build and integrate solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications for enterprise knowledge and search use cases.
• Build document ingestion and processing pipelines, including:
  • Data extraction
  • Chunking
  • Embeddings
  • Vector indexing
  • Retrieval
  • Response generation
• Design and optimize prompts for different business use cases.
• Develop AI-powered applications such as chatbots, virtual assistants, document summarization, and question-answering systems.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Develop backend APIs and services using Python and FastAPI/Flask.
• Work with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• Evaluate and improve LLM response quality, relevance, latency, and reliability.
• Implement error handling, validation, guardrails, and security controls for AI applications.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

Required Technical Skills

Programming

• 2+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related engineering roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience developing APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Strong understanding of:

Generative AI & LLMs

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM applications.
