Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer / Architect with strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications including Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire ClaimCenter, and/or Guidewire BillingCenter. The ideal candidate will design, develop, configure, and implement Guidewire solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

For Guidewire Developer

Configure and customize Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter).
Develop enhancements using Gosu, Guidewire Studio, and Guidewire configuration tools.
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP web services and messaging frameworks.
Work on Guidewire data model extensions and batch processes.
Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment support.
Support Guidewire upgrades and cloud migration initiatives.

For Guidewire Architect

Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Guidewire implementations.
Define integration architecture (API, messaging, middleware).
Design scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Oversee Guidewire Cloud or on-prem implementations.
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance.
Conduct architecture reviews and performance tuning.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

5–12+ years of experience in Guidewire development (depending on role level).
Hands-on experience with:
- Guidewire configuration (PCF, Data Model, Workflows, Rules).
- Gosu programming.
- Integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Guidewire Batch processes and Messaging.
Experience with database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle).
Knowledge of Java/J2EE concepts.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
Exposure to Guidewire Cloud is a plus.

Architect-Level Requirements

Strong understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite architecture.
Experience leading at least 1–2 full lifecycle Guidewire implementations.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and API strategy.
Experience with performance optimization and scalability planning.
