Summary

We are seeking for Deputy Program Manager / Desktop Technician Manager / Queue Manager supports the Program Manager in the daily management of desktop support operations and overall service delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing the ServiceNow ticket queue, managing workload distribution, ensuring SLA compliance, and supervising Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support technicians. The Deputy Program Manager also serves as the acting Program Manager when required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Program Manager in managing daily desktop support operations.
  • Serve as the primary lead for the ServiceNow ticket queue, ensuring proper ticket management and timely resolution.
  • Monitor and track SLA response and resolution times to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate workload distribution and technician scheduling.
  • Provide operational oversight and leadership to Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop technicians.
  • Serve as acting Program Manager in the absence of the Program Manager.
  • Assist in managing multiple IT projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Support development and implementation of the Program Management Plan.
  • Ensure contract deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements are met.
  • Maintain communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and service quality.
  • Assist in preparing technical and financial reports on program progress.
    Experience Required: 5+ Years
    Education: Bachelor''s Degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
