Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Owner with strong Manufacturing / Industrial domain experience to join a high-impact transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring product vision and operational requirements are aligned effectively.

This role requires hands-on experience working within manufacturing environments, collaborating with operational teams, and driving product strategy, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, operational users, and delivery teams
• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, backlog items, and functional workflows
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and on-site observations to understand manufacturing operations and processes
• Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and cross-functional global teams
• Drive prioritization, scope management, and product decision-making
• Support implementation activities and ensure successful delivery alignment with business goals

Required Skills:

• Senior-level Product Owner experience in Manufacturing or Industrial environments
• Strong experience working with MES and/or ERP systems in manufacturing setups
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Experience managing product backlogs, story mapping, and product roadmaps
• Ability to work with distributed and international teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury or high-end manufacturing environments
• Exposure to digital transformation or operational modernization initiatives

Must Have:

• Manufacturing / Industrial domain experience is mandatory
• Product Owner experience in operational or production-focused environments
• MES and/or ERP platform experience
