Web Applications Programmer

We are seeking an experienced Web Applications Programmer with a strong background in Microsoft .NET technologies, C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript frameworks, and enterprise web application development. This role will support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mission-critical business applications while collaborating with project managers, developers, and stakeholders on large-scale implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing scalable web applications, producing technical documentation, testing enterprise solutions, and working within complex Microsoft technology environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience developing web applications
• 7+ years of experience developing applications using the Microsoft .NET Framework
• 7+ years of experience programming with C#
• 7+ years of experience testing custom applications, reports, dashboards, and large data sets
• 7+ years of experience producing technical documentation, including requirements, specifications, design documents, traceability matrices, and testing documentation
• 3+ years of experience developing applications using ASP.NET MVC
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise web applications
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Experience collaborating with developers, project managers, and cross-functional business teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Project, and SharePoint
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience with PL/SQL or T-SQL
• 2+ years of experience developing with HTML5
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementation projects
• Experience working within Florida State Government, Education, or Early Learning environments
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups and competing business priorities

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications
• Develop technical documentation including requirements, specifications, design documents, and testing artifacts
• Build and enhance applications using .NET, C#, MVC, JavaScript, React, and Angular
• Perform application testing and validate functionality across reports, dashboards, and enterprise systems
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC
• Participate in application design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support
• Support large-scale implementation projects and continuous application enhancements
• Ensure software solutions meet business requirements, performance expectations, and quality standards
