Education: Bachelor's Degree in a field of study related to technology or finance. Work experience can substitute on a year for year basis for the degree.
Required Experience:
1. 10+ years of experience as a lead developer or development manager
2. 8+ years of broad experience working with development technologies, including Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases or similar relational databases.
3. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET required.
4. Experience with ORMs, Entity Framework, and n-Hibernate required.
5. Extensive experience with the development and maintenance of Software systems dealing with complex financial business processes.
Job Specific knowledge, skills and Abilities (KSA)
1. Knowledge of terminology and concepts of relational databases, including SQL proficiency.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio/.Net required.
3. Knowledge of ORMs, Entity Framework, and n-Hibernate required.
4. Extensive experience with the development and maintenance of Software systems dealing with complex financial business processes.
5. Knowledge of creating SQL, PowerBI, and SSRS reports.
6. Skilled in verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
8. Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team.
9. Ability to conduct complex systems analysis and translate user requirements into business solutions.
10. Ability to integrate research and best practices into problem avoidance and continuous improvement
11. Ability to effectively communicate and lead development teams.
12. Ability to display professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff.
