We are looking for a hands-on Systems Engineer who enjoys turning complex RF capabilities into real, mission-ready systems used by government and defense customers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer collaboration, and field execution. You will have direct ownership of system design and deployment. In this role, you will work closely with customers, program managers, and integration teams to translate operational needs into complete system architectures, support live demonstrations and deployments, and ensure systems perform as intended in real-world environments. This can be sit in either our Columbia, MD or Coppell, TX offices.
Your tasks - Serve as the technical lead for RF/SIGINT system solutions across pre-sales, execution, and post-deployment support
- Support the integration and testing of RF systems.
- Assist in translating customer CONOPS/requirements into system designs and documentation.
- Participate in customer demonstrations, system deployments, and acceptance testing.
- Collaborate closely with other engineers, project management, integration, and production teams.
- Provide post deployment technical support and system upgrades.
- Evaluate new technologies and their applicability to customer missions.
- Lead technical design reviews and ensure requirements compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a key technical interface with government and defense stakeholders.

Your qualifications - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in STEM field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with RF systems.
- Hands-on experience with systems integration and testing.
- Exposure to Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) or Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.
- Experience supporting fielded systems or demonstrations.
- Interest or experience in pre-sales and customer facing technical work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively engage with customers.
- Extensive proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, as needed, including international travel.
- In order to be considered, candidates must reside in the US, and be a United States Citizen capable of receiving a US Government security clearance.

The total compensation for this position is $90K-$120K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
