Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager/Change Manager for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for establishing and managing a variety of projects to collectively deliver desired business outcomes, including large-scale application development, systems integration, and operational efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end technology delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and handle project financials. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities: - Establish and manage projects to collectively deliver desired business outcomes
- Lead end-to-end technology delivery of assigned projects and act as the primary point of escalation for technology issues
- Drive overall technology execution and manage line of business stakeholder relationships
- Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion
- Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies
- Effectively communicate with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables, timelines, and support needed
- Partner with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures
- Guide projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed
- Develop and manage the project plan, and handle project financials and documents
- Identify, assign, track, escalate, and resolve issues
- Schedule and facilitate regular meetings to review progress and status
Requirements: - 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience
- Strong Project Management skills with the ability to lead a team and drive to results
- Strong Change Management skills and experience
- Agile Certification
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach
- Proficient with Jira and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong project financial management skills
- Ability to provide project status on deliverables or escalate issues to senior leaders and executives
Desired skills: - Bachelor's degree
- PMP Certification
- Familiarity with SAFe methodology
- Experience working in the financial industry
