Workday Test Lead PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Workday Test Lead PM in Knoxville, TN.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the holistic program testing cycles including delivering test strategy and plan
* Coordinate the development and update of test scenarios
* Coordinate testing events
* Coordinate and report on testing results, ensuring that the test event entry/exit criteria are defined, accepted and achieved
* Develop a holistic and fully integrated test strategy and plan that includes configuration, integrations and data
* Establishes a test resource plan tied to test plan to ensure we have full coverage
* Establish and monitor detailed test cycle entry and exit criteria
* Provide test results as defined by the program operating model
* Lead defect triage, prioritization and resolution
* Reinforces a culture that shows people they matter at every turn

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have managed Unit, End to End, Payroll Parallel and User Acceptance testing on least 5 full-suite Workday HCM implementations
* Experience with testing Workday integrations, reports
* Knowledge of WD business processes
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
