Schedule: Part-Time, 32 Hours/Week (Monday-Thursday)

Overview

Seeking a Creative Designer with experience in instructional design, graphic design, and multimedia content development to create engaging training, education, and communication materials. This role will support curriculum development, facilitator guides, presentations, visual assets, eLearning content, and resource libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training, communication, and educational materials
• Create facilitator guides, learner manuals, presentations, pre-reads, post-reads, and curriculum materials
• Build and maintain learning and resource libraries
• Create graphics, visual assets, and branded materials
• Develop eLearning, instructor-led training, mobile, and web-based learning content
• Produce print, web, video, and multimedia deliverables
• Assist with storyboard development and content organization
• Create motion graphics, animations, and interactive learning assets
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interface designs
• Perform photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation
• Support audio/video production and post-production activities
• Manage and deploy content using SharePoint and content management systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Instructional Design, Computer Art, Web Design, or related field
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Instructional Design and Media Creation
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud:

• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign

• Strong understanding of:

• Graphic Design
• Design Principles
• Color Theory
• Typography

• Experience creating training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, and learning content
• Healthcare finance experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Learning experience
• Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software
• Audio and video production/editing experience
• Cinema 4D or Maya experience
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript familiarity
• Photo retouching/manipulation experience
