State Street's Alpha TIER Integration Services team is looking for a versatile individual with problem solving and research skills to support development and implementation of product offerings. What you will be responsible for

As Business Analyst Co-Op you will:
  • Work closely with Business, Data and Technology Solutions to articulate and document business requirements for strategic product development in line with overall Alpha strategic goals and key business decisions for Integration Services opportunity set
  • Learn and leverage business analysis frameworks and Business Architecture to develop an integrated view of the business, in the context of the enterprise, and drive strategic business outcomes
  • Learn and leverage data analysis, data mapping frameworks, and data mapping tools to create interfaces between external sources of data and State Street applications
  • Support Alpha Client Integration efforts, project timelines, and overall Client Service

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills and experience with Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • Ability to engage and participate in joint discussions with demonstrated group collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Any experience in the following is a plus:
  • Experience with technologies that relate to product implementation and client interaction
  • Expertise in transaction messaging protocols and format, XML, FIX,SWIFT etc.
  • Knowledge of SDLC & Agile Methodology and tools (i.e. JIRA, Rally, RTC)

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree or current enrollment in Technology, Finance, Business, or equivalent
  • Industry experience with front, middle, and back office functionality, and/or trade order management platforms (i.e. Bloomberg PORT, CRD, BRS Aladdin, Fidessa, Minerva, Eze Software, BBH Infomediary etc.) a plus

Salary Range:
$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
