Your role Operations Training & Support
- Responsible for proactively identifying areas for operational development and implementing effective solutions in collaboration with team members and leadership. This role requires close monitoring of operations metrics and key performance indicators to ensure objectives are met and exceeded. Additionally, the specialist plays a vital role in supporting cross-functional initiatives, contributing insights and feedback to drive continuous process enhancements and ensure seamless integration of new operational practices. Facilitating comprehensive process training delivered from the division, hands-on training sessions, supporting onboarding programs, and process workshops tailored for operations, including those from newly acquired teams. Ensuring operations members are equipped to manage both standardized procedures and any regional-driven requirements, ensuring all relevant workflows are understood and properly executed. The specialist also oversees the management of our customer center and regional process specifications, adjusting training and support materials to accommodate unique requirements that may apply while maintaining alignment with company policies and ensure compliance. Serves as a primary source for ongoing education, assisting with system navigation, clarifying procedures, and sharing best practices. Additionally, keeps comprehensive training materials and process guides up to date and manages relevant communications.
Operational Oversight & Administration
- Oversee service operations by systematically monitoring performance, tracking key metrics, and assessing processes to ensure adherence to company standards and the effective implementation of new initiatives. This position handles procedural challenges, system support requests, resolving order-related concerns and works collaboratively with other operations support members. Additionally, the specialist identifies workflow inefficiencies, proposes actionable improvements, and upholds consistency, process integrity, and exceptional customer service in accordance with organizational policies.
Acquisition & Transition Support
Assist acquisition teams, Operations Support team, and Master Data Specialists by managing service data setup, conducting test transactions, and integrating operations data. Oversee system setup during acquisitions, ensure due diligence, and train new staff in company procedures and systems. In addition to these core responsibilities, Operations Support Specialists play a key role in coordinating communication between various departments throughout the acquisition process. They provide troubleshooting support and help resolve any operational issues that may arise to facilitate a smooth transition. Their proactive involvement ensures all technical and procedural requirements are met, helping to minimize disruptions and maintain business continuity during periods of change.

Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to internal and external customers.
Key role in the upcoming Project Stellar aka Wings implementation in all stages pre-go-live tasks, go-live tasks, and post go-live tasks, providing support, to help ensure smooth transition into new systems, advocating for users and customer center alignment.
Perform duties assigned to support HOY CTS Operations objectives, in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
To succeed, you will need Supervisory Responsibility
Experience
Must have experience in SAP, PowerBi, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio or strong willingness to learn.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make recommendations.
Experience in Atlas Copco CTS Operations a plus
Education
This position mandates a college degree along with 2 years relevant experience, or a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience within the CTS organization.
Skills
Must be a self-directed collaborator, who has a positive attitude, can motivate those around them without direct authority, and is service oriented.
Flexibility to learn new tasks and support organization in new requirements that may not be predefined.
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
