Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Project Manager to lead and deliver Global Trade Services (GTS) implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise combined with deep functional knowledge of SAP GTS, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and seamless integration with SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP GTS implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams
Ensure compliance with global trade regulations (customs, export control, sanctions screening)
Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment activities
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and senior leadership
Ensure integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and third-party systems
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of GTS processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
15+ years of SAP experience, including 10+ years in SAP GTS
Proven experience managing SAP GTS implementations or large-scale SAP projects
Strong understanding of compliance management, customs processes, and risk management
Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with international trade regulations and compliance frameworks
Knowledge of SAP SD/MM integration with GTS
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
