Specialist for our Building Structural Group in
the Philadelphia and/or Douglassville Office. You will work on a wide variety of meaningful projects with engineering and design needs which will challenge you.
Key Responsibilities include:- Perform related drawing development using REVIT and or AutoCAD on building projects.
- Support drawing preparation for layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of architectural and engineering designs.
- Formatting drawings to client standards using several software.
- Creating BIM models using REVIT.
- Collaborate with other production team members.
- Have an understanding of engineering and architectural documentation and preparation of structural drawings.
- Must be able to work in a group setting and monitor projects for standards compliance and general modeling errors.
- Review BIM models for design coordination issues.
Required Experience: - Associate's Degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience providing plan preparation and project deliverable drawings and files for building structures and foundations.
- Significant design experience with REVIT (please be prepared to show samples).
- Ability to solve problems and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills are a must.
Compensation Range:
$64,994.00 - $73,856.00
