Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to keep projects moving efficiently.
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate project updates to internal teams and customers.
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead customer meetings and manage technical submittals, approvals, and design revisions.
Build long-term customer relationships through responsive communication and exceptional project execution.
Commercial & Project Oversight
Monitor project scope and identify customer-driven changes or additional requirements.
Support change order documentation and ensure scope modifications are properly tracked before work begins.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including approvals, revisions, RFIs, and project records.
Technical Coordination
Review structural drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
Ensure project deliverables meet applicable building codes, industry standards, and customer requirements.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience managing projects or coordinating cross-functional teams in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.
Working knowledge of U.S. building codes and industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of project management experience within manufacturing, structural systems, or construction.
Experience supporting data center, structural steel, or industrial projects.
Familiarity with CAD, Revit, or similar engineering software.
Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Procore, or comparable systems.
What Will Make You Successful
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving projects to completion.
Why Join Us?
Play a key role in delivering complex projects for some of the world's largest data center operators.
Join a rapidly growing organization where your contributions have a direct impact.
Work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team committed to engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
