Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant with expertise in integrating SAP QM with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and ETQ (Enterprise Quality Management System). The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in SAP QM module configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with external systems such as LIMS and ETQ to enhance the quality management process within our organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP QM Consultant with at least 10 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP QM.
• Strong experience in integrating SAP QM with LIMS and ETQ systems to support laboratory and quality management processes.
• Experience with SAP modules like MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) for cross-functional integration.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), CAPA, non-conformance handling, and audit management.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with SAP integration tools like PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration), IDOC, BAPI, and web services.
• Knowledge of LIMS systems and ETQ platforms (e.g., ETQ Reliance) and integration capabilities with SAP.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA for enhanced user interfaces and applications.

Business Process Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of end-to-end quality management processes, particularly in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, chemicals, manufacturing).
• Ability to define, design, and implement quality management solutions that integrate seamlessly with laboratory systems and enterprise quality platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP QM certification or other relevant SAP certifications.
• Experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or medical devices.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements related to quality management systems.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.
