Summary
Client is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead end-to-end architecture, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow platforms with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and CSDM. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise, strong client-facing consulting skills, and the ability to design scalable ServiceNow solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):
- ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM end-to-end implementations
- CMDB architecture, Service Mapping & CSDM
- Hands-on ServiceNow configuration, customization & scripting
- ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration
- Integration with AD, LDAP, SAP, APIs
- Strong consulting & stakeholder-facing experience

Key Responsibilities (Short):
- Design and architect ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM solutions
- Lead CMDB, Service Mapping, and CSDM implementations
- Drive platform customization, configuration, and optimization
- Architect integrations with enterprise systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams
- Establish governance, security, and best practices
- Lead upgrades, enhancements, and new ServiceNow releases
- Act as ServiceNow SME for client advisory and decision-making
Ideal Profile to Submit:
- 10+ years overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow consulting background
- Multiple end-to-end ITOM & CMDB implementations
- Hands-on with Discovery, Patterns, Sensors, Event Rules
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript mandatory)
- Experience in client-facing / advisory roles
- ServiceNow Certified (CTA / CIS / CAD) candidates preferred
- Comfortable with remote work + 25% travel
