Responsibilities

Position Summary

·       We are seeking a Voice Migration Coordinator / Junior Voice Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise voice transformation program. This individual will be responsible for coordinating migration activities, supporting voice deployments, performing basic configuration tasks, and working closely with business users, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful execution of voice-related projects.

·       This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of Cisco voice technologies and enterprise communications environments who enjoys combining technical execution with project coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

·       Coordinate voice migration activities across multiple sites and user groups Support physical phone moves, adds, and changes Perform basic Cisco phone and device configuration activities Assist with Microsoft Teams Phone and Cisco migration efforts Support user migrations, cutovers, and post-migration validation Coordinate trader voice and dealer board migration activities Execute voice testing and quality validation procedures Manage site readiness and deployment scheduling Coordinate activities among business stakeholders, local IT teams, vendors, and service providers Track project actions, risks, dependencies, and migration progress Support installation and activation activities for voice and communications initiatives Provide vendor coordination and project oversight support Participate in evening or weekend cutovers when required Required Qualifications

·       3-7 years of experience supporting enterprise voice or collaboration environments Experience with Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) administration or support Understanding of enterprise telephony, voice migrations, and cutover processes Experience coordinating technical deployments across multiple teams Strong organizational and communication skills Experience tracking project tasks, risks, and dependencies Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Microsoft Teams Phone environments Experience supporting financial services or large enterprise organizations Knowledge of trader voice, dealer boards, or regulated communications environments Experience working with third-party telecom providers and infrastructure vendors Familiarity with voice testing, deployment validation, and user acceptance activities Ideal Candidate Profile We're looking for a pragmatic delivery-focused resource who can bridge the gap between technical teams and project stakeholders. The successful candidate should be comfortable performing light technical configuration work while also driving coordination, scheduling, vendor management, migration planning, and cutover execution. This is not a solution architect role and does not require designing new voice platforms. Instead, the focus is on execution, migration support, and operational delivery.
