Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience developing and deploying AI, Machine Learning, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions in production environments. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the Healthcare Payer and Provider domain and experience building scalable AI solutions for real-world healthcare use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for Healthcare Payer and Provider organizations.
Build and productionize LLM-based and Agentic AI systems.
Develop multi-agent workflows, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation solutions.
Design scalable and secure AI applications that integrate with healthcare systems and data platforms.
Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data, including clinical, claims, and member/patient data.
Develop APIs and backend systems to support AI/ML applications.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML models and LLM applications in production.
Collaborate with architects, developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
Ensure solutions meet healthcare security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related development roles.
Experience developing and deploying AI/ML systems in production.
Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
Hands-on experience building Agentic AI or AI Agent systems deployed in production.
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, model evaluation, and LLM orchestration.
Experience with frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or similar technologies.
Strong Healthcare domain experience in Payers and/or Providers.
