Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer / Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integrations, Agile methodologies, and full software development lifecycle practices.

This role involves collaborating with business users and technical teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, develop applications, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and enhancements.

• Analyze business requirements, workflows, and system usage to develop effective solutions.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver according to sprint goals.

• Develop Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.

• Perform documentation, testing, peer reviews, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• Support applications across multiple environments including development, QA, and production.

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and authentication protocols.

• Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and operational support.

• Participate in on-call support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years Salesforce development experience, including:

  • Apex programming, triggers, Visualforce pages

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components

  • Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and secure solution design.

• Experience with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, version control, and change management.

• Experience with Salesforce upgrades, data migration, system integrations, and custom development.

• Experience implementing authentication protocols (OAuth) for integrations.

• Strong web development skills including:

  • HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery

  • REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML

• Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-prem applications using APIs.

Preferred Skills

• DevOps experience including CI/CD pipelines, Git, Flosum, or similar tools.

• Experience creating Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Work Schedule & Location

• Standard business hours (Monday-Friday).

• Hybrid onsite/remote work model.

• Occasional evening/weekend work may be required with prior approval.

• Travel expenses are typically not covered unless pre-approved.
