Senior Recruiter (Talent Sourcing)

Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong sourcing background to support a growing recruitment organization. This role will focus on identifying and engaging passive talent for hard-to-fill positions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive sourcer with deep expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build high-quality candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent market conditions.
• Build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions across various business functions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach, initial screening, and talent assessment activities.
• Present qualified candidate slates to recruiting teams and hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate information and recruiting activities within ATS systems.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring efforts.
• Support recruitment initiatives while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of recruiting and/or talent sourcing experience.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates for professional-level positions.
• Expert-level experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience recruiting within consumer products, retail, food & beverage, or other product-based organizations.
• Experience supporting corporate functions and business-facing roles.
