Job Title: Senior Software Tester/QA Analyst

Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the overall QA and testing strategy across projects and releases.
  • Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and traceability matrices
  • Coordinate QA activities across internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure alignment between requirements, test coverage, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution in collaboration with development teams.
  • Establish QA standards, best practices, and test governance processes.
  • Oversee test environments, test data preparation, and release readiness assessments.
  • Provide risk-based testing recommendations and go/no-go input for releases.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • 2+ years of experience in a QA Lead, Test Lead, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Experience in automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Experience leading UAT and working with business stakeholders.
  • Experience in healthcare environments.
