JAVA Full-Stack Developer (W2 Only)

• Hands-on 5+ years of experience in design and development of software applications using Core JAVA.
• Design event-driven workflows and data pipelines utilizing Apache Kafka or alternative enterprise messaging layers.
• Frontend Development: Create responsive, component-driven user interfaces using ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in Java development best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure system resiliency, fault tolerance, low latency, and horizontal scalability for critical financial platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Develop high-performance, multi-threaded server-side applications.
• Integrate big data ecosystems with relational or cloud databases (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL, DB2).
• Collaborate with global quantitative, risk, and trading technology teams in an Agile environment.
• Optimize query performance, data structures, and algorithms for low-latency batch or real-time processing.

Education :
