We are seeking an experienced System Engineer with a strong background in aerospace and avionics systems development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with aerospace certification standards including ARP4754, DO-178, DO-254, and DO-160, and will be responsible for system-level requirements, design, development, integration, verification, and certification support for airborne electronic systems.

  • Develop and manage system requirements, architecture, and design for avionics/aerospace products.
  • Perform requirements analysis, decomposition, traceability, and validation activities.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, test, and certification teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support compliance activities related to ARP4754ADO-178CDO-254, and DO-160 standards.
  • Define and execute system integration, verification, and validation plans.
  • Conduct system-level testing and support qualification/certification efforts.
  • Prepare and review engineering documentation, including requirements specifications, interface control documents, verification procedures, and certification artifacts.
  • Perform technical risk assessments and support issue resolution during development and testing phases.
  • Work closely with customers, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

  • Bachelor''''''''s or Master''''''''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in aerospace, avionics, or safety-critical systems engineering.
  • Strong experience with:
    • ARP4754A (System Development Process)
    • DO-178C (Airborne Software Certification)
    • DO-254 (Airborne Electronic Hardware Certification)
    • DO-160 (Environmental Testing and Qualification)
  • Experience in requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with system engineering lifecycle, V-model development process, and certification methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
