Job Details
Perform routine and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment throughout grain, energy, or processing facility operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment including conveyors, motors, pumps, compressors, and related systems
Conduct preventive maintenance activities on a scheduled basis and document work completed
Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize operational downtime
Perform welding, fabrication, and general facility repairs as needed
Support compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards, lock out/tag out procedures, and confined space protocols
Collaborate with operations staff to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to production
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts inventory, and equipment history
Assist with capital projects, equipment installations, and facility improvements as assigned
What You Will Bring
High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial, agricultural, or manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
Strong problem solving ability and mechanical aptitude
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all company and regulatory standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call rotations as operational needs require
Valid driver's license preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions and environments
