Role: Enterprise Sales Specialist Staffing Services

Role Overview
Looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Specialist with 8+ years of experience in U.S. staffing/services sales. The role requires strong capability in enterprise hunting, account mining, and closing large staffing deals across IT and professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition in enterprise accounts across the U.S.
- Sell IT staffing, contract, C2H, and permanent hiring solutions.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation ? closure.
- Build relationships with CXOs, VPs, and procurement teams.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies.
- Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely closures.
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain strong sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue quotas.
Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales within staffing/IT services.
- Demonstrated success in closing mid to large staffing deals in the U.S. market.
- Strong experience in hunting (new business).
- Solid understanding of staffing models, billing rates, margins, and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage MSA/SOW-based engagements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Profile
- Existing client relationships/network in the U.S. market.
- Experience working with global/offshore delivery teams.
- Exposure to hiring in areas like cloud, data, cybersecurity, or digital engineering.
