Description
We are looking for a skilled D365 Systems Analyst to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This contract position focuses on utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools and Dynamics 365 to build scalable solutions for reporting, automation, and application development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data architecture, system integration, and business processes, with a proven ability to modernize workflows and transition legacy tools into enterprise-ready solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to enterprise needs.
Create and maintain semantic models, including star schemas and fact/dimension tables, to optimize data performance.
Design and build Power Apps, both Canvas and Model-Driven, integrated with Dynamics 365 and other data sources.
Implement automated workflows using Power Automate, ensuring reliability and error handling across systems.
Transform manual processes into streamlined automated solutions using the Power Platform.
Extract, structure, and model data from Dynamics 365 for reporting and application purposes.
Collaborate with functional teams to map accurate business logic within D365 systems.
Manage Power BI Service workspaces, including data refresh strategies and publishing processes.
Ensure cross-device usability and performance for applications and workflows.
Support migration efforts by modernizing legacy tools into scalable Power Platform solutions.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel/VBA development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably Finance & Operations.
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts such as star schema design.
Expertise in ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Familiarity with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and its integration within tools.
Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting.
Ability to design scalable, secure solutions that align with business requirements.
Proven experience in automating workflows and integrating systems using Power Automate.
