Summary

Eligibility: U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the engagement.

Role Summary: Act as the product subject matter expert and technical lead for seamless product integration, providing hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization guidance to accelerate the onboarding and maximize the adoption of security products.

Qualifications:
United States citizen that will work from the United States.
4 years of customer-facing experience in technical consulting, system integration, or deploying enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
1 year of hands-on experience with security platforms, API integrations, scripting/automation, and cloud infrastructure.
Holds at least one professional-level cloud certification
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
