Summary

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll be at the center of solving complex business challenges through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI. On any given day, you might be collaborating with business leaders to understand a strategic problem, building and tuning predictive or NLP models, designing data pipelines to support scalable solutions, or translating analytical findings into clear recommendations for clients and stakeholders. You'll work with large, complex datasets, connect data from multiple sources, and develop production-ready models that drive measurable business outcomes. Whether you're exploring new approaches to optimization, automating processes, or identifying insights that improve operational performance, you'll play a key role in turning data into action.

Beyond the technical work, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and leader across the organization. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams-including engineering, business stakeholders, and clients-to shape data strategy, prioritize opportunities, and ensure solutions align with business goals. You'll present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling, and help elevate the team's capabilities by mentoring junior data scientists and promoting best practices. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on analytics with strategic leadership and wants to make a visible impact through innovative, scalable data science solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering data science solutions in a production environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python for machine learning, data analysis, and automation.
  • Expert-level SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple systems through APIs.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, predictive modeling, and analytical methodologies.
  • Experience building, validating, and deploying machine learning models that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing and deploying Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and maintaining production machine learning models.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing business decisions through data.
  • Experience mentoring and developing other data scientists.

What We Offer:
  • A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work schedules.
  • This position pays between $108,200 to $141,400 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
