Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience working in a lab or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of aseptic filling principles and cleanroom practices.
  • Ability to operate filling and production equipment.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong documentation and batch record management skills.
  • Ability to work safely with hazardous materials such as liquid nitrogen.
  • Due to the nature of the job, the candidate should be able to lift 50 pounds with assistance.
Experience:
  • Experience operating filling machines, autoclaves, and related equipment.
  • Experience in batch processing and production environments.
  • Experience maintaining documentation and following SOPs.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, set up, and operate filling machines and related equipment.
  • Operate dry heat ovens, autoclaves, capping machines, and programmed freezers.
  • Perform batching and filling of vaccines.
  • Conduct quality checks including volume verification.
  • Pack and handle frozen vaccine materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
  • Order and manage materials and supplies.
  • Perform equipment troubleshooting in collaboration with maintenance teams.
  • Complete and maintain accurate documentation and batch records.
  • Follow and adhere to all SOPs and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in other operational areas as required.

Should Have:

  • Biology or general science knowledge.
  • Experience working in cleanroom environments.
  • Familiarity with Oracle or similar systems for batch documentation.

Skills:

  • Equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Documentation and compliance.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Safety and quality adherence.

Qualification and Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
