Position Overview: We?re looking for a hands on engineer to support and enhance our ServiceNow capabilities within our IT Operations team.
Project Overview: This role focuses on building and maintaining workflows, integrations, catalog items, and automations that improve IT Operations. The ideal candidate has strong experience with ServiceNow development (Flow Designer, scripting, CMDB, ITSM modules), understands platform best practices, and can translate business needs into clean, reliable solutions. Great communication and the ability to work independently within our IT Ops team to understand user needs, functional requirements, and opportunities to reduce manual effort is important.
Responsibilities:
1. Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM (Incidents/Interactions, Change, Problem, etc).
2. Build and enhance workflows, catalog items, and automations.
3. Troubleshoot platform issues and support daily IT Operations needs.
4. Translate IT Ops requirements into clean, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
