•    Monitor and maintain integrity of customers'''''''''''''''' network, servers, and all equipment performance to ensure security and availability
•    Design and assign network addressing, routing protocols, and routing table configuration.
•    Proactively identify user needs and troubleshoot problems reported by users using technical triage skills
•    Follow through with solutions and identify closure to reported issues
•    Utilize SLAs to evaluate the effectiveness of the IT Services and Support function
•    Provide excellent IT support both in-person and remotely.
•    Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.

Documentation Skills
•    Write technical overviews and recommendations
•    Good Visio and/or networking design skills and be able to discuss them within all levels of IT
•    Maintain all Infrastructure diagrams and models
•    Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
•    Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
•    Write reports to bring awareness to recurring issues and solutions for those issues

What we need from you:
•    More than five (5+) years'''''''''''''''' network engineering experience.
