Strong experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or similar)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros preferred)
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and present insights to finance and business leadership
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience supporting internal and external audits and maintaining strong financial controls
