Role Overview
We are hiring a Platform Engineer with IAM expertise to manage and scale secure identity platforms. This role focuses on automation, infrastructure, reliability, and CI/CD for IAM systems in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage IAM infrastructure using Terraform / IaC
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Deploy and manage IAM solutions in AWS environments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM systems for reliability
- Automate provisioning, authentication, and access workflows
- Collaborate with security and engineering teams
DevOps/SRE engineers focus on automation, deployment, and system reliability across the software lifecycle
Required Skills
- Strong AWS experience (IAM, VPC, EC2, EKS, etc.)
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Spinnaker, ArgoCD, GitLab)
- IAM tools: ForgeRock / Okta / Ping / Keycloak
- Scripting: Python / Bash / Go
- Monitoring & observability tools
Core IAM Responsibilities
- Implement SSO, MFA, and access control systems
- Manage identity lifecycle and access provisioning
- Ensure security, compliance, and system availability
IAM + SRE roles often involve automation, monitoring, and cloud-based identity systems
Nice to Have
- Kubernetes / EKS
- GitOps (ArgoCD)
- Experience in enterprise IAM environments
