Senior Cvent Platform Administrator Enterprise Cvent Governance, Configuration & Reporting
Onsite/Hybrid Position 3 days/week in Foster City, California - Local Candidates perferred.
Open to remote candidates with required experience and skill set.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Cvent Platform Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration, governance, reporting, and support of our enterprise Cvent platform.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the Cvent subject matter expert, solving complex platform issues, improving processes, maintaining data quality, and helping teams use Cvent effectively.
What You'll Do
Manage and administer the Cvent platform in an enterprise environment
Configure and maintain Cvent accounts, workflows, templates, forms, fields, and platform settings
Manage users, roles, permissions, and access controls
Build and maintain Cvent reports and reporting templates
Perform data-quality checks and resolve reporting/data issues
Develop and maintain Cvent governance standards, SOPs, and documentation
Troubleshoot complex Cvent configuration and platform issues
Work with Cvent Support, IT, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Procurement, agencies, and business teams
Manage Cvent support requests, prioritize issues, and coordinate resolutions
Provide Cvent training, onboarding, and guidance to users and agency partners
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, data quality, and overall platform usage
Support audits, compliance requirements, and governance activities
What We're Looking For
Required:
Cvent Account Administrator Certification
Cvent System Administrator Certification
Significant hands-on experience administering Cvent
Experience working in a complex, enterprise, or highly regulated environment
Strong knowledge of Cvent configuration, workflows, templates, forms, user administration, permissions, and reporting
Experience with Cvent troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and change management
Strong understanding of data quality and reporting standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Nice to Have
CMP (Certified Meeting Professional)
5+ years of Cvent, event technology, or meetings technology experience
Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or another regulated industry
Experience supporting agencies or vendors in an enterprise Cvent environment
Experience developing Cvent training and onboarding programs
Experience with process standardization and continuous improvement

You'll help ensure that the Cvent platform is stable, well-governed, accurate, compliant, and easy for teams to use - while reducing recurring issues and improving reporting, documentation, and user adoption.
