Summary

Gejits Infotech Inc seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of extensive experience in the development of ServiceNow Solutions to join our direct state client at Tallahassee, Florida.

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to architect, develop, and configure enterprise ServiceNow solutions for our direct state client at Tallahassee, Florida. This role will support ITSM platform modernization, system integrations, and business process automation while aligning with organizational IT standards and best practices.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet organizational requirements
Replicate existing ITSM functionality and custom automations (e.g., Electronic Network Access Form)
Design and implement internal/external portals, Service Catalog, and online forms
Integrate ServiceNow with systems such as Active Directory, Okta, Jira, and other platforms
Collaborate with ITSM teams to align solutions with current IT processes and perform knowledge transfer
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day ServiceNow platform issues across business units
Analyze technical challenges and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions
Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow features and enhancements
Continuously review and improve processes to meet evolving business needs
Apply industry best practices to optimize complex business processes and workflows

🧠 Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture and platform design
Strong expertise in:
- ServiceNow core functionality
- ITSM modules
- SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
- Integration Hub / Workflow Data Fabric
Proven ability to design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., AD, Okta, Jira)
Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design (including diagrams)
Experience working on complex enterprise technology solutions
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or lead efforts as needed

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow ITOM
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
