  • Drive system verification and validation activities, ensuring complete test strategy coverage and alignment with requirements.
  • Define and maintain system architecture, interfaces, block diagrams, boundary diagrams, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
  • Collaborate across engineering disciplines to develop system and product strategies and support key technical decisions.
  • Review and maintain system-level documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Identify, assess, and communicate project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans and driving stakeholder alignment.
  • Mentor less experienced engineers and support the development and delivery of on-schedule, on-cost, on-quality product solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a STEM-related discipline and/or INCOSE certification.
  • Experience applying systems engineering and requirements management methodologies within a product development environment (e.g., V-Model).
  • Experience with power generation equipment, generator systems, power management systems, and complex electrical power distribution architectures.
  • Knowledge of medium-voltage applications (1-35 kV), data center power distribution, and generator paralleling/grid-tied systems.
  • Experience planning and leading product verification and validation activities, including laboratory and field-testing environments.
  • Ability to develop system architecture documentation, including schematics, interconnect diagrams, interface definitions, and system models.
  • Experience using analytical methods, modelling, calculations, and data acquisition systems to evaluate product and system performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrixed organization, manage multiple priorities, mentor others, and effectively translate technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with systems integration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of the product development lifecycle from concept through launch.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills utilizing structured methodologies to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
