ERP Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an ERP Business Analyst in Tarrytown, NY.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to support a Finance transformation focused on Record to Report (R2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P), including an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This role partners closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and implementation teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, and tested solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Document current and future state R2R and P2P business processes
* Gather and manage functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and approvals
* Support fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), and defect resolution
* Create user guides, SOPs, and support business readiness and training
* Assist with SOX/compliance documentation and controls
* Collaborate cross-functionally through cutover and post-go-live support

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of ERP Business Analyst experience with strong R2R and P2P knowledge
* Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle EBS a plus)
* Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, Procurement, and Close)
* Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
