Summary

Position: Jr OCM Analyst

Location: Houston, TX

Years of Experience: 5–10 years

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Change Management, PROSCI, ADDIE/SAM, PMP) is a plus.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in IT Change Management, with 2–3 years focused on IT initiatives.
  • Experience managing large-scale IT change initiatives and activities while working in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven experience leading change adoption across multiple teams or departments.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and principles, with the ability to guide teams through adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end change management process and tools, including Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Alignment, Communication and Engagement Planning and Execution, Change Impact Analysis, Training Needs Analysis and Development, and Change Measurement.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage individual work and a portfolio of projects.
  • Proficiency in creating professional presentations in PowerPoint, spreadsheets in Excel, and documents in Word.
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with change.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Agile principles along with change management principles to effectively manage scope.
  • Ability to perform all aspects of work with a high degree of effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Ability to promote a culture of agility, adaptability, continuous learning, and empowerment, enabling teams to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
