Senior Salesforce Architect

Introduction:

As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for owning the Salesforce Front Office target architecture and strategy. You will be leading large-scale, multi-region Salesforce implementations, translating business strategy into executable solution architectures, and guiding data, AI, and integration architecture within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Platform Architecture & Strategy

• Own the Salesforce Front Office target architecture across various Salesforce clouds and capabilities.
• Define global reference architectures, patterns, and guardrails aligned to Lead-to-Cash and Customer Enablement capability model.
• Lead instance strategy, consolidation decisions, and regional deployment patterns.

Execution Leadership

• Serve as the architectural lead for large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Review, challenge, and approve solution designs and major build decisions.
• Act as the senior technical representative for security, scalability, and operability concerns.

Data, AI & Integration Architecture

• Define Salesforce''s role in the organization''s data ecosystem.
• Architect Data Cloud solutions for unified customer profiles and segmentation.
• Guide the use of AI and Agentforce across various Salesforce capabilities.

Governance & Enablement

• Establish and lead Salesforce architecture governance, including standards and design reviews.
• Mentor solution architects and delivery leads across regions.

Requirements:

• 14+ years of overall software development experience, with 10-12 years dedicated to Salesforce architecture.
• Proven experience as lead or principal architect for large, multi-cloud Salesforce programs.
• Hands-on expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Revenue, Marketing Cloud, and/or Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and subscription-based business models.
• Experience operating in global, multi-region environments with regulatory and data constraints.
• Deep knowledge of integration architecture, data modeling and governance, security, compliance, and identity patterns.
• Experience working with Agile delivery at scale.
