Product Owner – Legal Contract Review (LCR) 100% Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for Legal Contract Review (LCR) to drive the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of an AI-enabled contract review solution.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Legal, Legal Operations, Commercial teams, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance contract review processes, implement workflow automation, improve contract turnaround time, and increase reviewer productivity.

The role will focus on Agiloft AI-assisted contract review, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Salesforce integration, and metadata-driven insights to improve the overall contract review experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the LCR product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics.

• Lead backlog refinement, user story creation, feature prioritization, and effort estimation.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and product features.

• Collaborate with Legal, Legal Operations, Negotiation Consultants, Commercial teams, and IT stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to reduce contract review cycle time and improve reviewer productivity.

• Support AI-enabled contract review, workflow automation, and Salesforce integration initiatives.

• Monitor product performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure product scalability, governance, and alignment with business objectives.

• Drive product readiness, increase contract review capacity, and improve overall contract throughput.

• Proactively resolve issues, manage dependencies, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience, with significant Product Owner or Project Management experience.

• Strong experience in product roadmap management, backlog prioritization, and requirements gathering.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

• Experience documenting business processes, defining project scope, and translating requirements into actionable deliverables.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and remove project obstacles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Legal departments or legal technology initiatives.

• Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.

• Hands-on experience with Agiloft CLM.

• Familiarity with Agiloft AI capabilities and AI-assisted contract review.

• Experience with Salesforce integration and workflow automation.

• Experience using data-driven insights to optimize product performance and business processes
