Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years leading data engineering initiatives with direct people management experience in complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with cloud-native data platforms, including orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow), streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka), and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Experience building and operating scalable data platforms using modern practices such as CI/CD, monitoring, security, and lakehouse/warehouse solutions (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
Desired Skills & Experience - Proven ability to define technical direction and influence architecture across multiple teams or domains
- Experience designing reusable data/ML platform patterns, observability frameworks, and self-service tooling
- Track record of mentoring engineers and building high-performing, adoption-focused engineering teams
