ServiceNow Lead Developer 

Level / experience: Principal / 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow implementation, with demonstrable Now Assist / agentic AI delivery experience.

Certifications:

• CSA — required
• 3 x CIS — required
• Advanced ServiceNow certifications — required
• Now Assist installed and configured on the candidate''s own employee instance — required prerequisite

Primary responsibilities:

• Act as the named technical lead across the pod — the single point of authority for technical quality and session-to-session consistency.
• Deliver the more senior advisory content within AISP engagements (e.g. Data & Platform Dependencies, Admin & Security, Installation & Upgrades).
• Lead hands-on agent activation on RAD sprints (OOTB agent configuration, functional QA, go-live).
• Define and maintain session templates, peer-review standards, and QA cadence across the two Senior Consultants.
• Serve as escalation point into the ServiceNow AI CoE on technical matters.

Key skills:

• Deep, current, hands-on Now Assist and agentic AI implementation experience — this is non-negotiable for this role.
• Proven prior Now Assist or GenAI delivery at scale, with evidenced outcomes.
• Able to enforce consistency across parallel engagements delivered by others.
• Executive presence and customer-facing confidence.
