You'll have full ownership of execution strategy, team buildout, and site operations, acting as the senior-most leader on-site. The organization is investing heavily in this initiative, and they need a seasoned construction leader who can create structure, drive performance, and establish a high-functioning operation. This is a high-impact opportunity with strong visibility, autonomy, and the ability to shape long-term business success.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management within heavy industrial, utility, or power generation environments
  • Proven experience leading largescale EPC or industrial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover
  • Strong background in site execution, including safety, quality, cost, and schedule management
  • Experience leading and developing teams of Project Managers and field personnel
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fastpaced, ambiguous, or startup-like environments
  • Experience with contract management, procurement strategy, and subcontractor oversight
  • Knowledge of permitting, regulatory compliance, and construction safety standards
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Handson experience with boilers, steam generation systems, or related equipment
  • Background in boilermaking or closely related trades
  • Experience building new processes, workflows, or business lines
  • Familiarity with Primavera or similar scheduling tools
  • Knowledge of ASME, NFPA, and welding procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
