(Field Support Role – Travel up to 30–40 miles may be required based on demand. Own vehicle and valid Driver’s License are mandatory.)

Job Description

We are looking for an L1 Field Service Support Engineer to provide onsite desktop and technical support across client locations in Dracut and Hudson, MA. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of desktop support, Windows environments, software deployment, and basic networking concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite desktop and end-user support for Windows 10/11 environments
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Deploy and manage software packages using Microsoft Intune
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Assist with basic network device and server support at client sites
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue resolution and escalations
  • Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation
  • Travel to nearby client locations as required

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 support
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for software deployment
  • Basic understanding of networking devices and troubleshooting
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field support environment
  • Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous desktop support or field support experience
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and IT support processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
