Job Role: Copilot SME Architect or Lead

We are looking for a strong Copilot SME with expertise on Copilot set up, connectors and configuration. Specifically, expertise in setting up connectors with Veeva, Workday etc.

Responsibilities

·                  Microsoft Copilot Expertise: 2–3 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Microsoft Microsoft 365 Copilot. Strong hands-on expertise in Copilot setup, administration, configuration, governance, observability, and enterprise deployment at scale.

·                  Conversational AI Development: 2–3 years of experience in Trigger Phrases & Intent Recognition, Entities & Slot Filling, Adaptive Cards, Variables & Conversation State Management, Generative Answers & Custom Prompts, Tools, Connectors & Agent Flows, Multi-Agent Orchestration & Skills.

·                  Integrations & Connectors: 3+ years of experience creating and configuring standard and custom connectors. Proven experience integrating Copilot with enterprise applications, preferably Veeva and Workday.

·                  APIs & Data Integration: 5+ years of experience in APIs, REST services, OAuth, authentication, and data integration patterns. Good understanding of Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and enterprise security controls.

·                  Microsoft Power Platform: 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.

·                  Programming Language: 2–3 years of experience in Python (Good to have).
