Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years leading complex system analysis, requirements documentation, and user acceptance testing in regulated environments. Candidates must have at least 1 year of direct experience with the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS) and writing system requirements aligned to federal child nutrition program compliance.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Review and evaluate business systems and user needs, and design solutions that align with strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and apply industry-standard methodologies to reengineer workflows using technology.
· Document user requirements, system functionalities, and perform solution analysis including cost-benefit, ROI, and build vs. buy evaluations.
Minimum Candidate Characteristics:
· 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting complex system documentation and testing efforts.
· 5+ years serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams across analysis, design, configuration, and UAT.
Exceptional Candidate Characteristics:
· Experience with a Texas State Agency.
· Direct experience with the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS) and writing requirements aligned to federal child nutrition program regulations.
