We are looking for a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support the BYTE Program by managing requirements intake, reporting, project tracking, and governance across multiple global markets. You''''ll work closely with 3–4 Delivery Leads to ensure smooth program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage requirements intake using Jira, Jira Product Discovery (JPD), Confluence, and Monday.com
✅ Support Delivery Lead onboarding and market kickoffs
✅ Track requirements, approvals, risks, dependencies, and action items
✅ Prepare executive reports, Steering Committee decks, and status dashboards
✅ Maintain Jira Plans, portfolio timelines, and cross-market reporting
✅ Support PI Planning and Agile program governance
✅ Ensure data consistency across project management tools
Required Skills:
✔️ 10+ years of PMO, Program Support, or Delivery Operations experience
✔️ Hands-on experience with Jira, JPD, Confluence, and Monday.com
✔️ Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
✔️ Requirements management, reporting, and portfolio tracking
✔️ Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills
✔️ Ability to support multiple workstreams with exceptional attention to detail
